Week #1
I thought the eating part would be harder. I am reading my labels to see what a portion size is and sticking to it. And checking sugars as well. Scott had to cut down on his sodium intake, so that has become a real label reader session for me. Prepared foods are the WORST!
Scott is thrilled that he has gotten a real home cooked meal every night this week. We used to eat the frozen Bertolli dinners - they are very good by the way. We were eating 1 bag between the 2 of us for dinner, with veggies and BREAD.

I am not depriving myself of anything. I found FigNewton makes great fruit crisps that tackle my cookie cravings. Portion size 3.
We brought the elliptical machine up from the basement. Used it one night. Next week I am going to incorporate daily exercise into my regime.
I guess, - so far so good.
I hope everyone else is doing well and learning a better, healthier way to eat.
