Did anyone have as much trouble with VITABOT as I did? WOW! It took a lot of determination to make it though the tutorial and actually fill in my stuff. I kept at it and I think finally got every pull down menu working for me instead of against me.
CindyWhat week is it really?
Did the clock start ticking for the weight loss on the day we all weighed in? Or did it start when our profile was put in the News Herald. Anyone? Anyone?
I don't know what went wrong with my diet the last 3 days. I haven't been able to go to the bathroom but I am eating tons and tons of veggys. I know this sometimes happens when you make a drastic change to your diet and changes happening in your body/stomach have to catch up. Cindy

Valentines Day
Whew!!! Made it past Valentine's Day WITHOUT ANY chocolate!!! AMAZING!!! I sure did think about it a lot though. I'm still learning portion control. Scott and I went to Chipoltle the other afternoon. I only ate 1/2 and brought the other half home for lunch the next day. I was full and told myself that half was enough.
I am also not eating anything after 8:00. I had to turn the tv off the other night and go up to the bedroom because my old friends Ice Cream and Chips were calling to me from the cupboard. That was (I hope) my old pattern - watch tv and absent mindedly eat. This is a hard one for me. I can't wait for the weather to change. There's so much work outside that will keep me busy and away from the junk food demons.Cindy

Week #3
I joined the Y. I met with Jillian at the Madison Y. We are working on a program that will fit me now, start out slowly and build up heart rate. I've been a couch potato forever! Love to watch t.v. Moved my eliptical upstairs so I can use it while watching t.v. Let's see how that works out.
Week 2
About the same as week 1. I haven't hit the ground running quite yet. Reading a lot about portion sizes. When you usually eat by filling up the whole plate, it is a big eye opener to learn what a portion is and how much of each food groups items you can eat. Need to reprogram that what I see is really enough to live on and I won't be starving to death.
